Default RaGE Quitters GvG test Build

Hello, I've been given the task of trying to create a nice balanced pressure for my guild, and this is the build I came up with. It's supposed to be generic, and you may notice that it's designed for a similar split to that of dT's. I would love some help on how I can improve it, or if need be a complete alternative.
I'm sorry for not including skill Icons, but I haven't gotten round to learning that tool. I also don't realy know much about good monking combinations so I left them blank apart from Return and Dark Escape, I chose these two skills because they can handle with the FotM builds *cough* euroway*cough* quite proficiently.

Warrior/Necromancer
Swordsmanship: 12+3+1
Strength: 12+1
Skills: Bull's Charge, Frenzy, Sever Artery, Gash, Final Thrust, Bull's Strike, Plague Touch, Resurrection Signet
Summary: Designed to pressure monks, anti kiting, using frenzy once Bull's has charged, plauge touch to counter Blind. I thought of maybe taking 'On your Knees!' so that Bulls Charge could be maintained, but then realised I might not be doing as much pressure (loss of adrenaline).

Warrior/Assassin
Swordsmanship: 12+3+1
Strength: 10+1
Tactics: 8+1
Crippling Slash, Sever Artery, Gash, Final Thrust, Signet of Malice, Healing Signet, Flail, Dash
Summary: Designed to split, flail can be used once the foe is crippled, and can be cancelled with dash. Signet of malice designed to counter conditions such at cripple, blind, bleeding e.c.t Used for splitting

Ranger/Monk
Marksmanship: 9+1
Expertise: 12+1+1
Wilderness Survival: 9+1
Protection Prayers: 3
Poison Arrow, Barbed Arrows, Natural Stride, Distracting Shot, Savage Shot, Troll Unguent, Mending Touch, Resurrection Signet
Designed for pressure on multiple NPC's/Foes, it has blocking, condition remover, speed buffs and Health per Sec Healing. Used for splitting

Mesmer/X
Illusion: 12+2+1
Inspiration 9+1
Fast Casting: 9+1
Migraine, Conjure Phantasm, Images of Remorse, Mantra of Persistence, Spirit of Failure, Soothing Images, Signet of Humility, Resurrection Signet
Summary: energy gain from Spirit of failure, Migraine used with cover hex's, used to apply lots of pressure, mainly on Casters. Signet of humility to be used on anti pressure monks, such as LoD's, Bl's and maybe RC's.

Necromancer/Mesmer
Curses: 12+2+1
Soul Reaping: 6+1
Inspiration magic: 11
Spiteful Spirit, Price of Failure, Reckless Haste, Suffering, Vocal Minority, Enfeebling Blood, Signet of Humility, Resurrection Signet
Summary: Used to pressure melee characters, and give the mesmer energy (Mesmers Spirit of Failure). AoE Hex's used for mass hex covering.

Monk/Assassin
Dark Escape, Return
Summary: I dont know monking builds too well, but I think the 2 assassin skills work very well against FotM (Eurospike).

Ritualist/Elementalist
Restoration Magic: 12+1+1
Water Magic: 12
Weapon of Remedy, Vengeful Weapon, Resilient Was Xiko, Mend Body and Soul, Teinai's Prison, Ice Prison, Storm Djinn's Haste, Flesh of My Flesh
Summary: Used as anti-ganker, flag runner, and gank support. (can be used on splits)


The theory is we could either split at the start, being a 5/3 split with 1, 2, and maybe 8 ganking. Or we could split later on in the game, which should produce alot of pressure at the flagstand to begin with. The last alternative is not splitting at all, but just making sure the build can counter ganks, and can gank if needed.

So, any tips on how I could improve? For the attribs just use common sense, and please keep the comments friendly!
